I have six books currently for sale. All of my work is pretty dark, qualifies as horror, and deals with the paranormal. What can I say, that’s what I like to read. Below is a short summary of each book, as well as links to where to buy them.

My first novel, and my baby. Originally published in 2011, Caged is about an island town off the coast of Galveston with a dark secret. Only it’s not a secret. Everyone knows that a werewolf, called the Lycaon Beast, lives there. Just like everyone knows that said werewolf is worshiped by the townspeople. So, why do people go there? Mostly for the rides.

Caged is available for sale on Amazon in print and ebook format, as well as on Smashwords, and Barnes and Noble.

Haunted came out the same year I finished Caged, but it’s not nearly as dear to my heart. I wrote it for a novella contest (I lost), then decided…what the hell? I’d invested too many hours of my life that I would never get back writing it to let it collect dust on my hard drive.

It’s a young adult novella about a group of friends that decide to do a bit of amateur ghost hunting and end up discovering more than they bargained for.

Is it any good? I say this as the story’s mommy; meh. I got to explore some concepts I’d been wanting to try, such as more subtle horror as opposed to the hit-them-in-the-face-with-a-sledgehammer-of-gore horror that is so popular nowadays. The end result was just okay.

The second story in the book, Invisible, I like a really lot.  I also have  two ideas for more short stories that will get tacked on to the end once I get around to writing them.

Haunted, Etc. can be found at Amazon, Smashwords and Barnes and Noble.

Then came Draugr. This is by far my darkest story, as well as the one that came to me the easiest. At the risk of sounding too  much like Stephanie Meyer, the story came to me in a dream. Told from the perspective of Josh Cohen, who’s girlfriend just committed suicide, it chronicles his slow decent into madness.  Unable to convince anyone of the truth (she was murdered) he takes matters into his own hands and performs a crazy ritual to bring her back. Only, this isn’t the Mia he remembers.  She’s a monster, and now everyone else Josh cares about is in danger.

My zombie story. Like it’s brothers and sisters, Draugr is available for sale on Amazon, Smashwords, and Barnes and Noble.

Amusing Mary Sue, I wrote entirely for my own entertainment. Read it and you’ll see why.

Hint: this story has Slenderman in it. Also, me. I wrote myself into it because it came to my attention that some of the female characters in my other books were being called “total Mary Sues.” I decided to show them a Mary Sue.

Once again, you can find Amusing Mary Sue on Amazon, Smashwords, and Barnes and Noble.
